QR-V™ provides infrastructure for verification but does not assume responsibility for issuer data content.

• Verification confirms registry state at the time of request
• Verification does not confirm real-world identity beyond issuer records
• Verification results are dependent on system availability
• QR-V does not prevent misuse outside of the verification workflow

Users and organizations agree to use QR-V™ in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

• No unlawful or fraudulent use of the system
• No misuse of verification responses
• No attempt to interfere with system operations
• No unauthorized access to records or APIs

• QR-V may process record metadata required for verification
• Personal data handling is determined by issuers
• Verification responses may include limited structured data
• Users should review issuer-specific privacy practices

QR-V™ operates as an infrastructure layer and does not control how issuers collect or manage personal data outside of the system.

• QR-V™, QRVP-1, and related systems are proprietary technologies
• Use of the platform does not transfer ownership of underlying systems
• Issuer content remains the responsibility and property of the issuer

• The platform may evolve over time
• Features, APIs, and protocols may be updated
• Temporary downtime or maintenance may occur

QR-V™ does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

To the extent permitted by law, QR-V™ and its operators are not liable for:

• Errors or inaccuracies in issuer-provided data
• Decisions made based on verification results
• Losses related to misuse of QR codes or records
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use
